1. Can I send to multiple recipients?

To send to multiple recipients, just add a comma after each number. Example: 9613xxxxxx, 40xxxxxxx

You can access the Groups page through the left menu, or click here, then press the Add Group link.

3. How can I add contacts?

When you send a message to a new contact, you will be prompted to save the contact. You can also access the
Contacts page through the left menu, or click here, then press the Add Contact link.

4. How can I add contacts to a group?

  1. While creating a new contact, you can choose to add them to any of the groups that you have created by checking
    the checkbox that appears beside the group you want the contact to be added to.
  2. You can edit an already existing contact and add them to your specified groups.
  3. On the Contacts page, you can put a check next to all the contacts that you want to add to a certain group,
    and then pick that group from the drop down list above the contacts table.

5. How can I send messages to my contacts?

You can send messages to your saved contacts by writing any letter from his/her first or last name, and
picking one of the contacts from the drop down list that appears.

6. How can I add SMS templates?

You can access the Templates page through the left menu, or click here, then add a template name and content,
and finally press the Save button. You can edit or delete templates from the table on that page.

The templates you save will appear in a drop down list on the Send SMS page. Choosing a template from the
list will put it in the message text area.

10. Can my message exceed the character limit?

Yes, it can exceed the character limit. Just type your long text, and it will be automatically divided into
multiple SMS. You will be charged accordingly.

11. What is the difference between Regular and Spider accounts?

  1. Regular accounts are the ones that are bought by users. They enable you to send messages 160
    characters long.
  2. Spider accounts contain the free messages that are given to users upon registration! You can send
    messages up to 110 characters long.
You can switch between either account by using the "Account Type:" drop down on the SMS page.
